We have summarized the most frequent questions that our customers ask.

Q. What are the items that you produce?
- Kisuk Co. produces about 160 items. Those are used clothing, used bags, used shoes and all the fabrics that are used in household. Also, we export army items and used dishes. For more information, please check our item list posted in OUR PRODUCT.
Q. How is used clothing packed?
- Used clothing is pressed in 100kg (summer clothing and most of items) or 80kg (winter clothing and blankets) for each bale and is exported in 40HQ or 20FT container.
Q. How are used shoed packed?
- Used shoes are packed in 25kg sacks in 40HQ or 20FT container. Used clothing and used shoes can be loaded at the same time.
Q. How many bales are loaded in a 40ft/200ft container?
- In 40” high cube container, 288-292 100kg/80kg bales are loaded, and in 20” container, 128-132 100kg/80kg bales are loaded in a 20” container.
- For shoes, one sack is 25kg and 750-810 sacks are loaded in a 40” container.
Q. What is the payment method?
- We start loading your container once we receive 50% deposit with your order.
- The rest 50% should be paid after you receive the actual invoice and check B/L.
Q. What are the Price terms and conditions?
- We give EX-WORK PRICE for each bale (each sack in case of shoes)
For African region, we give TOTAL FOB (Free on Board) method. We only pay transportation cost occurring domestically. Please contact us for the shipping cost of each country. - For Middle East and Southeast Asia, we use CFR/CNF (Cost and Freight) method.
We pay FOB + shipping cost to the port of destination.
Q. How long is the estimated processing time?
- Africa: 10 days
- Countries other than Africa: 3 days – 1 week
- Estimates may vary according to the quantity of each item.
Q. How long is the estimated shipping period?
- Africa: 45 days
- Middle East: 30 days
- South East Asia: 1 – 2 weeks
